Waldemar "Kozi" Kosmala passed away suddenly in the early morning near Canmore on Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at the age of 19 years. He is survived by his father Slavek of Banff and his mother Katrina of Calgary.
Funeral Mass was celebrated Friday June 25, 2010 at the Catholic Church in Banff. He was then laid to rest in the Mountainview Cemetery, Banff National Park.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the RCMP, to the emergency workers and to everyone who attended the funeral ceremonies and came together to help in so many ways to remember Kozi. Your support was greatly appreciated and will never be forgotten.
