It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of
Todd Mironuck on November 19, 2012 at the age of 42 years.
Todd was born in Calgary in 1969. He grew up in Canmore and graduated from Canmore High School in 1987. Todd did one year of university and then enrolled in the SAIT Avionics program which he completed in 1990. Todd furthered his career by pursuing an electrical apprenticeship in Canmore and graduated with honours
through SAIT in 1996.
Todd worked for Canrig for 13 years as a Master Field Service Tech, which included many overseas projects. Todd then worked for Global Drilling Support as an electrical engineering manager in product and manufacturing design.
Todd was passionate about fly fishing. It was his favourite pastime and he would fly fish every chance he had. He loved the mountains and back country; spending his spare time camping, hiking and on horse backpacking trips.
Todd will be forever loved and missed by his wife Paula Mironuck; mother Claudette Mironuck; father Gary (Patti) Mironuck; sister Colleen (Troy) Weatherhog, nieces Joscelyn, Abigayle, and nephew Adam; and sister Joline Mironuck.
A celebration of Todd's life was held on Monday,
November 26, 2012 at the Canmore Golf & Curling Club.
