Tim Hodgkinson

It is with great sadness the family of Timothy Sean Hodgkinson, announce his unexpected death on February 8, 2020. Tim lived

life to the fullest and it gives us great comfort to know he died

doing something he loved, at the top of Sunshine Mountain.

Tim is survived by his loving partner Michelle, his Mum, Pat,

sister Penny (Brad) and brother Rich (Jenn). He was also the

beloved fun uncle to his nephews, Owen, Will, Zach and Connor

who will miss him dearly. Tim is also survived by many loving

relatives in the UK who he enjoyed visiting as often as he could.

Tim was predeceased by his Dad, Norm.

Tim also had countless friends from all parts of the world through

his love of rugby, skiing, mountain biking and travelling. His life

was as vivid and colorful as the clothes he wore and he will be

fondly remembered. While we can be sad and mourning for ourselves knowing that we will never again see that mischievous smile or razor quick wit. We can find solitude in the fact that Tim was one of the lucky people that lived his life to the fullest, he chased his passions with a fervor that only few could compare. Whether it would be biking , skiing, travelling or enjoying his life to the fullest he always did it with a passion that most of us would aspire to.

On Saturday February 22, Michelle invited friends and family to come and help celebrate the wonderfully colourful life that Tim had, at the Rose and Crown in Banff. She asked you to come with tales of Tim, hopefully the stories will be as fun and as colourful as Tim's outrageous outfits. To celebrate the amazing memories he'll leave behind we ask that you wear your best Tim inspired outfit full of all the colours in the world to help celebrate the life of a wonderful friend, Uncle, Brother, Son and life partner.

In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, in Tim's memory.
