From her lifetime, may we all take lessons.
Within the ranks of her brothers and sisters - Tena, Dorothy, Mary, Joanne, Louis, Tony and Adam - she made sure there was always support and laughter present.
With the life she built with Jim, and then Eli - she gave them joy because she knew life is built around good food and good music
To her children - Terry, Gail and Valerie and later Sonia, Harry and Orest - she modeled discipline, independence, determination, creativity and persistence. What she did she did well as they learned from her photo coloring, cake decorating, calligraphy, culinary competitions, work in retail management, musical pursuits, egg decorating, card creation, relating to people and making the most of each and every day.
To her grandchildren - Amy, Anne, Joe and Charlie - she was the example of taking life as it comes and making the very best of it. She was very good at catching them off guard with some very quick wit.
To her nieces and nephews - she taught them there was never a dull moment around Aunt Pauline.
To her many friends held steadfast through her lifetime, she kindled in them a true love of deep and meaningful friendship.
In her honor, the Pauline Panchuk Scholarship for Music at Banff Community High School has been established.
