Margaret Elizabeth Cartwright (nee Sheppard) passed away peacefully in the Golden Eagle View long term care in Canmore on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at the age of 91 years. Margaret moved to Canmore from Belleville, Ontario in 1995 where she made many friends and experienced a full life enjoying the mountains.
Margaret, born in Brighton, Ontario on April 23, 1923, was mother of Nancy (Al) Bellstedt and James Way and is also survived by two brothers, Clifford (Verna) and Ross (Sandy) and one sister Gladys Edwards. She was predeceased by family Charlie (Peggy), Eileen and Stan Zwinski, Gloria Brown and Howard (Bernice)
Cremation has taken place.
A gathering of friends and family will be held at a later date.
