Ken (Mike) Mueller

Kenneth Lloyd (Mike) Mueller passed away on Wednesday August 21 surrounded by his family. Ken and his wife Cindy moved to Canmore in 1990 with their four children. He was a mechanic for Alberta Parks at Peter Lougheed Provincial Park and later for the Banff Springs

Golf Course before taking over the management of the FasGas service station.

Ken suffered a stroke in November of 2005 and never returned to full time work after that. He did work part time as a guard for the RCMP.

He was a Cubs leader for many years, volunteered for Meals on Wheels and was the Chairperson for the Bow Valley Food Bank.

Ken is survived by his wife of 44 years, Cindy Mueller, sons

Richard (Kayla), Jeff (Lucy), Brett, Allisha (Colin), 7 grandchildren,

his brothers, sisters-in-laws, brothers-in-laws as well as many

family and friends.

Memorial service was held on Saturday August 24.
