Juliet Peschl

d. February 28, 2017

Juliet Dorothy Peschl of Canmore passed away peacefully on

Tuesday, February 28, 2017, surrounded by her loving family

at the age of 74 years.

Juliet was born August 8, 1942 in London, England. As a teenager, she loved to dance and socialize with her many friends. At 24, she decided to go on an adventure, and bought a boat ticket to Canada. After arriving in Canada, she took a long journey by train, where she ended up in Calgary. Shortly after arriving, Juliet met a young man on a blind date named Werner. They fell in love, married, and moved to the Bow Valley. Juliet was active with the Canmore School Board, and went on to become a successful entrepreneur establishing her greatest passion, "Juliet's Antiques" in Banff.

In 1974, her only son Houston was born, and he was never far from his mother's side. She taught him about compassion, kindness, and the ability to see the beauty in the smallest of things.

Juliet's last few years were spent courageously battling ALS. The Peschl Family would like to give our sincerest heartfelt thank you to

Dr. Eeles, Jane Rivest at the ALS Society of Alberta, and the loving staff at the Canmore Hospital. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to either the ALS Society of Alberta or the Canmore Hospital.
