Joanne Dube

Joanne Marie Lynn Dube passed away in the comfort of her family and friends at the Banff Mineral Springs Hospital on August 12, 2010, at the age of 51 years. The cause of death was Cancer

Joanne is survived by her partner, Robert Palmer, her daughters Gabrielle Dubé and Macalla Millar-Dubé, her parents Yvan Dubé and Fleurette Lauzier, her brother Michel Dubé and his family, and her two sisters , Lise Dubé & Danielle Dubé and their families.

Joanne was born in Ste Foy, Quebec, and enjoyed a wonderful life in Banff for the last 30 years. Always smiling and spreading her positive energy, she lived life to the fullest. Joanne had a great love for the outdoors, hiking, travelling, music, the arts, and most importantly spending time with her family and friends.

The family would like to thank all the staff of the Banff Health Unit/ Home Care, the Rockyview Hospital in Calgary, and the Banff Mineral Springs Hospital for their exceptional care and support. Not too mention the overwhelming generosity and kindness from all of our friends and neighbours. THANK YOU ! MERCI !!!

A celebration of Joanne's life was held Saturday, October 2, 2010 at 11 Sundance Court (Jo & Rob's place)

Please join the family and friends to share stories, memories, and music to help us all celebrate Joanne's Life and remember her as the vibrant, unique person we all knew and loved.
