It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Irene Yardley Brown at the Golden Eagle View long term care facility in Canmore, on December 23, 2011, after a very brief illness.
Irene was predeceased by her husband of 65 years, Archie Turner
Brown in November 2008.
Irene was blessed with joy and love of family; her son Duncan and wife Debbie, her granddaughter Sharyda and husband John, great grandchildren Julia, Kyle, and Logan; and her grandson Jevon.
Irene loved her life and was never without a warm smile, a laugh, and an
expression of gratitude for the wonderful experiences in her life.
All of the family are very grateful to the wonderful caregivers at Golden Eagle View, to Dr Lizette Lourens, and to Rachel Stefaroi for adding boundless life to Irene's latter years.
Order is restored in the universe. Irene and Archie are together.
