It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Herbert Huhnold on August 20th,2023, surrounded by his family.
Herbert will be sadly missed by Ingeborg, his wife of 65 years, his children Marion (Jim), Thomas, Tania (Steve). He was OPA to seven grandchildren and Great Opa to 2 children.
Herbert very much enjoyed his Thursday evening poker game at the Legion and loved living in Canmore in the Rocky Mountains.
Though he was not a very talkative man, he had a great sense of humor. He will be greatly missed.
