Our beloved sister Heather Maureen Tennant passed away peacefully

in Banff. She was surrounded by family and friends after a brief battle with cancer.

Heather retired from the Mineral Springs hospital after 30+ years as a LPN & ORT. She then went on to work as an ORT for Dr. Hall-Findlay for an additional 17 years.

She was a long time member of the Banff Springs Golf Club, as well

as the curling club. She enjoyed the tournaments and dressing up for bonspiels, and cherished the friends she obtained through both.

Heather loved to entertain and spent a lot of time on her deck enjoying the sunshine with family and friends. She also enjoyed lighting up the house at Christmas for all the enjoy.

She was predeceased by her father Jim (1951), and mother Molly (2007), brother-in-law George Trembecky (Feb. 1, 1999), nephew Craig Trembecky (Apr. 5. 1999) and nephew Scott Trembecky (Dec. 26, 2023) as well as her beloved cats Sassy, JC, Pepsi, Twilight & Mischief.

She will be lovingly remembered and forever loved by her sisters Margaret Trembecky and Judy Tennant, her friends Marie Whiting and David Swanson as well as Jim (Sharon & Kent) Trembecky, Christy (Mike & Kaila) Lilly and Taya (Steve, Quincy & Zac Fournier) White.

A celebration of life was held Saturday, April 13, 2024 at

the Banff Royal Canadian Legion

Services provided by Russ Reynolds and Bow River Funeral Service.
