Gary (Uke) Bachynski

At the Banff Mineral Springs Hospital in Banff, Alberta on Friday,

March 4, 2017 in his 63rd year. Beloved son of Sophie Bachynski of

St. Catharines, Ontario. Predeceased by his father Leo (2014).

Survived by brothers Ron of Vancouver, BC and Dan (Karen)

of Red Deer, Alberta. Loving uncle to niece Taylor (Ryan) and

nephew Travis both of Red Deer. Loved nephew of Olga Baraniuk,

St. Catharines, Ontario and Lois Bachynski, Chatham, Ontario.

Survived by many cousins across Canada.

Uke lived his dreams in Banff for over 40 years. He was a long time member at the Banff Springs Golf & CC. Uke was blessed with so many great people in his life.

Our sincere and heartfelt thanks to his many dearest friends for their overwhelming love and support during Uke's last weeks. Special thanks to Dr. MacDonald, the amazing staff at Banff Springs hospital and dear friend Nurse Marie for their care, kindness and support to Uke every step of his last journey.

Cremation will take place and a memorial service will be held at a later date in Banff.

Uke is now at rest and reunited with his beloved "Rosie"
