Douglas Stuart Gould passed away peacefully in Canmore.
Doug, known affectionately to many in the Bow Valley from his early days in Banff, as "Doug the Slug" came to Banff 45 years ago and made the Bow Valley his home. He was a carpenter by trade, and worked throughout the Valley, making friends wherever he went.
He leaves behind his family in Ontario and his second family in Canmore and Banff
Friends were invited to join together to remember Doug
and to share stories and tales of his life in the Bow Valley,
on Friday, April 21, 2017 in the Canmore Legion.
