Doug Adams

Douglas Adams, aged 62, died January 28, 2019 at the Canmore Hospital. Born in Torphins, Scotland, Doug is survived by partner Dorothy, father Tom, brothers Roy and Tom and their families;

the Gould clan, his many many friends, and faithful companion Alphie.

Our gratitude and thanks to the entire Canmore Hospital staff for providing the best care anywhere - in particular Dr. Ruth Eeles

and all of the Acute Care team that have been our angels this past year. To our amazing friends and families that carried us through with love, visits, calls, meals, and all manner of help and support - thank you, thank you, thank you for your countless kindnesses.

Snow cat whisperer, skier, boater, lover of dogs, beer, and Shuswsap Lake - remember Doug when you make that perfect turn, the lake is like glass, the beer is cold - and smile.

Friends were invited to join together to celebrate Doug and a

life well lived at the Canmore Golf Club on Friday, February 8.

In lieu of flowers, friends wishing to remember Doug are requested to please consider a donation to the Canmore General Hospital

or your local SPCA.
