Denis Edouard Tresidder

Denis Edouard Tresidder, passed away peacefully on November 8,2024, in Canmore, Alberta. Born on September 24, 1943, in Greenfield Park, Quebec, Denis was a man who cherished every moment, imbuing his life with a vibrancy that resonated deeply with those around him.

Throughout his life, Denis was known not only for his professional achievements but also for his unwavering love for his family. For 35 wonderful years, he shared a devoted partnership with his beloved wife, Denise Gravel. Together, they cultivated a warm and inviting home, a sanctuary filled with laughter, affection, and endless memories. Denis’s laughter was infectious; his cheerful disposition remained steadfast, even in the face of life's challenges. He was a loving and caring figure, always placing family at the forefront of his priorities.

Denis was the proud father of two sons and two daughters: Marc Tresidder of Canmore, Anne Tresidder of Montreal, David Tresidder of St. Bruno Montarville, and Michelle Tresidder-Ciobanu, who also resides in Canmore. His legacy extends into the hearts of his ten cherished grandchildren: Maika Chartand, William Chartrand, Juliette Chartrand, Mila Tresidder, Nellie Tresidder, Elliot Tresidder, Tom Tresidder, Elena Ciobanu, Emelia Ciobanu, and Ella Ciobanu. With each grandchild, he nurtured bonds that enriched his life immeasurably, embodying the love and warmth that defined his very essence.

Denis was preceded in death by his mother, Berthe Goyet Tresidder, and his father, Edouard Tresidder. He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Claude and Alison Tresidder of St. Lazare, Quebec.
