Claude Bibeau

d. June 5, 2013

We are saddened by the loss of Claude Richard Bibeau, of Canmore, Alberta, born November 10, 1953 in St. Boniface, Manitoba.

Claude passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2013 , in the Canmore Hospital after a battle with Malignant Melanoma. He is survived by his son, Jeremy Baker of Canmore and his brothers, George (Donna), Roger (Jacci), and Phil, all of Calgary. He shared close and special relationships with his nieces, Gabrielle (Scott, Sebastian), Renee and his nephew, Luc. He will be greatly missed by us all.

As family, we extend our gratitude to all his friends, his employer Baymag, and his co-workers for their continuous support throughout Claude's illness. We extend our utmost appreciation for the incredible staff in the acute care wing of the Canmore Hospital for their kind, protective, and comforting care for Claude. The support extended to our family in Claude's last days was deeply appreciated. You have our utmost respect and appreciation. Claude's love and passion of horses must have been needed above for him to be taken from us.

A Memorial (Celebration of Life) was held Saturday June 15, 2013, at the Canmore Royal Canadian Legion.

In lieu of flowers, friends wishing to remember Claude may make a donation, in his memory, to the Canmore and Area Health Care Foundation, dedicated either to the Acute Care or the Cancer Treatment Center at the Canmore Hospital, 1100 Hospital Place,

Canmore T1W 1N2.
