Bini Fuhrmann

After 90 years of climbing, hiking and skiing, living, loving

and laughing, Bini has died.

Born in Kelowna, Bini soon made her way to the Rockies where she began her life long love of the mountains. After settling in Harvie Heights in the late 50's, Bini spent her time raising her two Bini babies, gardening and taking advantage of the beauty and nature that surrounded her.

Bini was legendary for her driving skills, her eagerly anticipated

P.A. announcements and her rationing of school supplies. During

her 15 years at the Canmore School she developed many long term connections with students, staff and parents within the community.

Roland, Rolfe, Tanya and family would like to extend their

gratitude to everyone who loved and supported Bini throughout

her 90 plus years of life.

In lieu of a formal gathering, it was Bini's wish that she be

remembered every time you experience the beauty of nature

and all it has to offer.
